Don't worry. That post did'nt offensive. That surgery is very freak, but is very interesting to know.
I didn't find that post particularly offensive, although I can see it unhealthy for one to read with low self-esteem. Had the information been presented in a different light, like how it's unnecessary and somewhat sad that people with short legs go to such extreme measures when there are so many other less painful ways to enhance what we've got, then it might have conveyed a more positive tone. Keep up the good work and stick to your guns.
Thank you for taking down the post. Don't lose sight that your blog is enjoyable and positive, and the intention was to help keep it that way.
